Click the plus signs (+) to see the data values over time, click "about this indicator" to see the indicator definition and data source, and click "story behind the curve" to find additional data on each indicator. The "current trend" arrow show the direction of the trend, and the color indicates if that direction is good (green) or bad (red). The number next to the arrow indicates how long the trend has been going in that direction.  The "baseline % change" indicates the percentage that the data value has changed since the first year of data collection.
